Once on Rte 37, take exit 2B (Rte 2N, Reservoir Ave.) We will be about 1.5 miles down on the left hand side at Cranston Medical Associates at 725 Reservoir Ave, Suite 1. 295 South to Airport Exit 3A (Rte 37E). once on Rte 37, take Exit 2B, Reservoir Ave. Building is on left. From the South: Rte 95N to Exit 14B (Rte 37W). Continue with above directions. |
